Together, we ensure compliance, expertise, and excellence in managing your investments.

Aidi Ventures LLC offers two types of accounts:

• Individual Account: Designed for personal investment needs.
• Business Account: Tailored for organizations seeking professional investment solutions.

By joining our platform, you will select the account type most suitable for your needs.

All investments under Aidi Ventures LLC follow these principles:

• Risk Tolerance: Low to Moderate, ensuring a conservative approach to safeguard your assets.
• Investment Objective: Preservation of capital, with a focus on minimizing risks and maintaining long-term financial stability.

By using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

3. Fees and Charges

4. Referral Fee Arrangement
   In certain cases, Aidi Ventures LLC may receive a referral fee from its partners. This referral fee:

   • Is paid solely from the partner firm’s fees.
   • Will be disclosed fully to ensure transparency.
   • Does not impact the advisory fees charged to you as a client.

5. Legal Disclosures

6. Arbitration Agreement
